Turbodynamics ATE Test Trolleys transport testheads weighing from 275kg to 750kg safely and easily. Modular mounts, universal usability and ergonomic design make our trolleys flexible and easy to use throughout all of your production. A compact design saves space and provides easy and intuitive access to all controls.

ATE Storage System is designed to handle increasing wafer sizes from 8" to 12", effectively protecting high-value test accessories and reducing operator-induced damage, ensuring the safe storage and handling of sensitive accessories in semiconductor testing.

Mobile Manipulator widely compatible with mainstream IC automated test equipment (Advantest, Teradyne, Cohu, NI, etc.)

Feature patented TD P-Docking technology (semi-automatic docking mechanism, docking force > 450kg)

Can be docked semi-automatically to Probers or Horizontal Handlers in combination with P-Dock® systems

Available for manual guidance or partially motorized operation

High degree of freedom on all axes ensures easy positioning (vertical travel, side-to-side, linear in/out, twist, swing, tumble, theta)
