ATE Manipulator

Turbodynamics ATE Manipulator series (TDM10, TDM20, TD2080) are designed for semiconductor automated test accessories, capable of accurately and effortlessly positioning testheads weighing from 120kg to 500kg to the Handler or Prober.

ATE Manipulator series are widely compatible with mainstream IC automated test equipment (Advantest, Teradyne, Cohu, NI, etc.) and features the patented TD P-Docking technology (SemiAuto Docking Mechanism, docking force > 450kg). ATE Manipulators have a flexible, compact, and economical design, meeting various needs and improving work efficiency.
