APE32
The APE32 board has digital signal output (Digital) and PPMU functions. Its 32 channels can alternate between Digital and PPMU functions according to customer requirements. The PPMU can provide voltages ranging from -2V to 6.5V and a maximum current of 40mA. Five ranges are available to enhance the accuracy of voltage and current measurements within each range. The Digital function allows for creating custom patterns to verify various IC communication functions, such as I2C or SPI, as needed.
