SUCCESSION PLANNING FOR SENIOR MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONAL STATUS
- Directors and above are considered key management personnel, responsible for overseeing relevant operational and managerial functions in Spirox. Each management level has designated deputies. In addition to possessing the necessary professional skills and background, key management personnel must align their values with the company's business philosophy “Customer Focus, Talent Development, and Sustainable Commitment.”
- To develop key management personnel and their deputies, the training mechanism not only focuses on enhancing professional competence but also involves participation in regular internal important operational management meetings, training courses, and on-the-job training through project-based tasks.
- Spirox conducts employee performance evaluations annually to assess areas needing improvement, individual development needs, and company expectations through daily observations and performance assessments. The evaluation results serve as a reference for future succession planning.
- The Board of Directors received business reports from key management a total of five times in 2023 and six times in 2024.
